3. Payment via PAYU.PL

It is implemented by a proven and safe PAYU system. In this service you can make a quick payment by bank transfer from the majority of Polish banks, as well as by credit card.


4. Cash on delivery

This service is additionally payable and included in the transport costs. Upon delivery, you will be asked by courier to settle the payment in cash. This form of payment is available only for courier shipments.

Delivery costs are not included in the price of the product purchased in our store and are added at the final stage of ordering.

  1. The implementation of the order for the Customer begins on the first working day after the day the Goods purchase agreement is concluded.
  2. The deadline for completing the order is given in the product sheet. In the case of products available in the office of the Seller, the term of the order is from 3-7 working days. In the case of products imported under an individual Customer's order, the delivery time is longer and can range from 4-6 weeks.
  3. If the Seller is unable to process the order due to the fact that the product will be unavailable, he will immediately notify the Customer, but within three days of the conclusion of the contract and return the entire sum of money received from it.
  4. In the event that the Seller will not be able to process the product order with properties configured by the Customer, if only due to the temporary inability to meet the performance, the Seller may release from the contract, offering the customer a replacement product corresponding to the same quality and purpose and to the price itself or remuneration. The customer has the right not to accept a substitute product and withdraw from the contract with the Seller.
  5. The Seller will inform the Customer about the unavailability of the product, the proposal to provide a substitute product and the Customer's right to withdraw from the contract. The Customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of notification by the Seller in accordance with the terms of the previous sentence.
  6. The delivery of the ordered Goods takes place via the Poczta Polska or an entity professionally involved in delivering parcels.
  7. When ordering goods with different availability dates, the goods are shipped together upon completion. At the customer's request, we can separate shipments.
  8. The Seller is not liable for failure to deliver the Goods or delay in delivery of the purchased Goods to the Customer due to incorrect or incorrect delivery address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
  9. The customer should check the parcel on delivery. If it is found that the received Goods is deficient or mechanically damaged, he / she should request the courier to write down the damage report and immediately inform the Seller.



COURIER SHIPMENT - a parcel of 18 PLN will reach you within one day (from the date of posting) throughout Poland. Packages are only sent after the payment on the account is posted.

CASH ON DELIVERY -  shipment at the price of PLN 25 The parcel will reach you within a maximum of 3 working days from the day of posting. Typically, parcels reach customers after 2 days. We send parcels from Monday to Friday.

PERSONAL RECEIPT - during the store's working hours. Custom-made products - pick up individually.
